Was it forged? What is information technology going to be used for?

Thanks, yes I forged it all from sheet metallic. Nearly of it was common cold forged (no heat) and the rest was spot heated with a propane blow torch. Information technology's all all the same me swinging a hammer confronting an anvil though.

Most of the time it's going to but be decoration just I'll probably use it for halloween this year and have the confidence in a bar fight i've never had before.

Forgive me just that doesn't actually seem like a tutorial on annihilation. Cool armour though.

I know what you lot hateful. Initially I had plans to practise something much more in depth with the video but schoolhouse started and I didn't feel like putting in a lot of time. Hopefully, the long photographic camera shots can be used for people who want to study the video on their ain time when making their armor and can employ a little of what I talk about. So I judge in that context it's loosely a tutorial but yea, information technology's not a particularly slap-up tutorial.

Looks like just a show piece, that metallic is too thin, the lames are not articulated, and the helmet is too thin without enough padding. If this guy is fighting SCA he is going to get demolished. Information technology would be better to forgo the breastplate and build up some decent arms and shoulders. the ones shown wait like they would pinch and seize with the first decent whack.

Absolutely it's just a evidence piece. I mention in the video it's not upwardly to the right specifications for actual fighting. The guy hitting me with a stick is basically to show it'southward not made of alumninum.
